    Not good, not bad

The roasted chicken was tender but not as flavorful as you'd expect. They only gave me 4 small plantain slices with my meal. Yes 4 -_- Our server spent more time chatting with coworkers than tending to our tables. Not authentic Latin American food to me. I'd rather eat at places in Allapatrah, Hialeah, Little Havana, etc.

    Great Value!

I have been eating at Puerto Sagua for over 20 years, and it is the best place on SOBE for breakfast, lunch, or dinner... quick, inexpensive, and authentic Cuban cuisine. No attitude with waiters, or over-priced food. Breakfast specials are served - the Cuban coffee will ignite your day! The fish soup is excellent, and the roasted chicken very filling.

The reason we go to South Beach

Don't let the look fool you. This is Cuban food that you would find in any Cuban kitchen. If all the locals eat there then you know it's good. The staff is as good as the food. If you want fancy overpriced Cuban food that some chef with an ego put their own twist on to accommodate a gringo palate then you don't know Cuban food. This is real deal Cuban food.

    Love it all up

From Cuban coffee strong enough to bend your spoon and guava pastry in the morning to light batter-fried snapper in the evening, this place rocks my heart all day. The zero atmosphere adds up to major atmosphere because it is a backdrop for the couples with babies, clubbing kids, lobster-tanned tourists and me in the middle of the joint. I dunno what it is about the place, but it keeps me coming back.

    Good Cuban Food

Seating ervice was prompt and food served quickly. Food was tasty and meal size was satisfying. Seems like a "locals diner" for good food and service.

    not good

Food was not tasty it didn't look fresh.Table and utensils were dirty.Service was very quick,we could not finish one plate ,the waitress was bringing another. My steak smelled like it was done on butter which was used a few times before. The whole expirience was not good.I'd never go there again.
