I lived in south beach 20 years ago and other than missing the ocean have never wanted to go back. This morning I woke up and remembered Puerto Sagua, their coffee and the frijoles negroes. Surprised and delighted to find through google that his special r

    Found it again!

I was here with a friend while visiting Miami, a few years back. We wandered into Puerta Sagua and was amazed by the food, the friendly staff, and the energy of the place!!! We loved it, so when I returned with my husband today, 2014, I wanted him to tast

    Always worth the trip

Everytime I travel from the Midwest and New York, the highlight of my travel is coming here for the best variety of Cuban cuisine. Good price, vibrant atmosphere...almost reminds me of New York City with it's energy. I am willing to travel any length of d

    Great Value!

I have been eating at Puerto Sagua for over 20 years, and it is the best place on SOBE for breakfast, lunch, or dinner... quick, inexpensive, and authentic Cuban cuisine. No attitude with waiters, or over-priced food. Breakfast specials are served - th

The reason we go to South Beach

Don't let the look fool you. This is Cuban food that you would find in any Cuban kitchen. If all the locals eat there then you know it's good. The staff is as good as the food. If you want fancy overpriced Cuban food that some chef with an ego put thei

    Love it all up

From Cuban coffee strong enough to bend your spoon and guava pastry in the morning to light batter-fried snapper in the evening, this place rocks my heart all day. The zero atmosphere adds up to major atmosphere because it is a backdrop for the couples wi
