Slowing in Quality
I have been to this particular Quarterdeck site at least 15 times in the last year. It was great at first but the quality seems to be ailing. I couldn't even bite into the rib eye steak sandwich. I sat back and watched my guests eat and sent mine back and didn't order anything else. One of my guests had a hard time eating the steak frijitas as they were over salted. Most of that plate went into the garage. We had prime rib on our last visit which was good The wait staff appear to be on edge. I don't think I'll be back for awhile, but I must say the hamburgers are very good.

Poor service, Average Food
Poor service in terms of their restaurant. I think they are only good for their bar, and even that I think there are better out there. The food is only tasty if you're really drunk and the service is worse. And don't try complaining to the manager, he'll just get snappy on you and rant on and on about how they won't make money if they actually redeem gift certificates along with "Kids Eat Free on Tuesday" deals. And here I thought gift certificates were just like cash! It's no wonder the waiter's attitudes/service is bad, it all stems from the manager's attitude.

I have been frequenting this establishment for many years and recently found that while the food quality is very good, the service could be a little more let's say honest.
