I thought everyone was very nice!!! Food was great my kids went and they enjoyed it. I will return with more people.

First off, I must say that the music in this place is WAY too loud -- even for a group of women in their 30's. I found that I could not hear half of what my friends were saying. So, we found ourselves yelling throughout the entire meal. The food is excellent. The artichoke appetizer was to die for. The entree was equally as good. However, service leads a lot to be desired. We had to flag our server down more than once, and had to ask three times to get a refill on water. Refills on wine took about ten minutes. All in all, I would definitely return. However, I am hoping that they take a piece of necessary advice and TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!

Restaurant décor is relax but elegant at the same time, wood flooring, brick walls, open kitchen with line chef making sure all dishes leave the kitchen in perfect conditions and presentation, adequate lighting, some tables are long, perfect to share and socialize with other patrons. The restaurant is laud because everybody is having a great time talking and laughing, so it’s not the restaurant for a romantic quiet candlelight dinner… or maybe yes, for me. The delicious pesto and bread that welcomes you to the table is refilled as long as you want, food quality is excellent and prices are REALLY affordable. My husband and I had the “meats” appetizer with prosciutto, sopresata, mortadella, etc, which fills you in. then, we enjoyed a delicious Pizza Bianca with arugula. We didn’t have space for desert but we will definitely be back. Staff is very attentive and friendly. They wear Italian soccer team shirts, Forsa Italia!

Cant beat the view, service and food. Great pizza and Italian food. Must try the Grilled Artichokes and Massive Veal Parm !

The servers don't seem to be very knowledgeable about the food they are serving. And the food itself isn't worth the prices, atleast the pizza certainly isn't. Add that in with the extreme loudness of the restaurant itself, and I would rather go elsewhere, Not at all happy with my meal

sorry you witnessed my screaming, i apologize for ruining your meal. Unfortunately i had a bad moment, i am sorry to you and my employee. i will learn to be more considerate in the future. thank you for your comment, i needed to correct my poor behavior.

Having recently dined at Rack's, I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction: I don't know how the GM made a name for himself, but as a customer, I witnessed his brutal treatment of the serving staff. The screaming and anxiety this individual engendered transcended the work environment onto my table! My wife was so shocked, we had to leave early.
