Not recommended
The server took forever to come to the table. Four of the five items we ordered were good. The fifth item, tuna tartare, was unappetizing. They served it with club crackers and a below par chopped pile of unseasoned tuna and flavorless seaweed salad. When we proceeded to complain to the manager, he refused to comp it off our check. He said we could switch it for another item but he refused to comp it off. he then proceeded to berate my fiance about how there's nothing wrong with the item, he also accused us of asking to take it off the check just because we were full. So far hes given no help. we told him we would not pay for the tartar, in which case he responded with "well if you need the money that badly" and walked away. At this point we were more than furious after being insulted numerous times. We will NEVER go back here. The most ironic part about this is that 2 people told us not to try but we went anyway...Oh yeah, and we ordered pork lo mein and received chicken.

Check your take out
I've been eating at this restaurant for about 3 years. The food and service is very good. However, when I order take out, my order was wrong multiple times. Not sure why this happens...but make it a practice to check your order before you leave, Especially if you don't want to make another trip.

My mistake!
I posted a review last week mentioning the great food but the fact that they shorted me on sushi and never gave me a credit back. Well, when I'm wrong, I admit it! They credited the money back to me the SAME day! I never checked! So Red Ginger...I apologize and by the way, keep up the great work! Your food, bar, and service are great!

Check your order!
I've been going to Red Ginger since they've opened and I've always been impressed with the food and service. Except one time....I ordered food to go and when I got home they shorted me two sushi rolls valued $18.00. After over a week, two phone calls and one email, they still haven't credited my charge back to me, even though they said it would only take a few days. Other than that, I love the place, the service, and especially, the bar manager.

Good service
I went there for the fisrt time and i sat at the bar and i was highly surprised with the service i got at the bar not only does the bartender mix the best martinis in town but he also lets you try everything else he is mixing. I got to try 4 different drinks besides the one i ordered. he made my experience an amazing experience im most def goin back

My favorite!
I have been going to Red Ginger for about 4 years now. They are fantastic. I am a sushi lover and this by far is my favorite place I've ever tried. Always fresh, friendly and piping hot (or cold if it sushi :D) You will NOT be disappointed!

Delivery!
Whats better than an awesome dinner at Red Ginger? Having it delivered and eating it in your comfy clothes watching your favorite TV show! I always visit Red Ginger when I'm in town, and now I know I can get it delivered to my hotel. Win, win! Quick, hot and delicious. They do delivery right too.
