    Great Food

The food is always authentic and tastes great. The wait staff is only nice to you if you are a regular. Most of them have been working here for 20 + years and look cranky and tired. The no refills thing is new and totally insane. Really the only thing

    Purely Authentic

When it cones to Cuban food, I go no place else but here. As a Cuban-American, I cannot deny the home style cooking that Rio Cristal serves on a daily basis. From it's "Bistec Empanizado" , "Masitas de Puerco" , "Chicharron de Pollo" to it's succulent "
