Ordered a pizza with a delivery time of 45 minutes. Over an hour later I called, I believe the owner picked up and advised the pizza was still there because the delivery guy locked his keys in the car. When asked why he didn't at least call and advise me so I could be aware he just said well sorry. I said please cancel my order he said ok and hung up. I called back to ask can you please tell me the refund process, you just hung up on me. He said he didn't know how long it will be, its not up to him. And asked am I sure I want to cancel bc they can get me the pizza in 10 min. So by now we are all hungry I said fine. They gave me no discount for my inconvenience and left off the extra topping that I paid for. The delivery man said next time you order give them my name and you will get a free pizza.(that was only offered because I made him aware my order was wrong)

The food is not bad but OMG delivery was over an hour and don't you dare call an ask for a status..... You will be screamed at! No discount, no customer service, nothing! I had hungry children and no care in the world on their end! Extremely disappointed!

Just took the family there tonight and found Romeo`s to be a very plesant experience. The food tasted very fresh and was more than filling. They make their own bread (I asked) and is exceptional. Not a fancy place but very clean and the prices are very reasonable. Well worth a try.

dough was not baked well for my Stromboli. The service is poor. Felt like I was bothering them after placing my order 30 minutes prior to arrival waited another 10.

I ordered chicken parmesan for a company luncheon and when it came, the chicken was raw! I quickly called them and they came to take the chicken back and apologized profusely. They told me there was no charge as they had also sent spaghetti and salad. If he would've expected me to pay, I would've refused. The owner said that he fired the cook on the spot. This was about 6 mos. ago. Today I will order some pizza for a meeting next week as everyone says they have the best - and they are.

I called Romeos Pizza to place a large order for delivery and they asked me where I was located which is between Southern Blvd and Belvedere. They told me "We do not deliver to your area" and gave me another number to call. Upon calling this second number (561-471-9695) the person again asked where I was located. "We do not deliver to your area." Well, I'll happily take my business elsewhere, Romeos Pizza. This is the second negative review I've given Romeos Pizza because they have extremely poor business etiquette and are sometimes blatantly rude to their customers. In this case they weren't even willing to deliver stating "you are in the other store's area of delivery" when confronted about the back and forth inability to deliver.
