Excellent Pho
In a sea of restaurants that are a mishmash of Chinese(New York style)/Sushi/Japanese/Thai here in South Florida, it is wonderful to find an authentic Vietnamese restaurant as good as the ones I used to dine in back when I was still living in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area. Try anything on the menu[*], but I would especially recommend getting fresh spring rolls and a bowl of pho (soup). [*] Well.. maybe not the shake with durian fruit, unless you are feeling particularly adventurous. Durian (to put it politely) is an "acquired taste"...

Come hungry, and come often!
Saigon Cuisine is a gem! The extensive menu allows you to taste your way through the delicacies of Vietnam. Vegetarian, Seafood, Poultry, Meat, and Noodles of every type imaginable and so many hot, delicious soups to choose from. Be sure to try the crisp flavorful Vietnamese egg rolls, Pho soups, Caramel Shrimp, Whole Fried snapper with garlic sauce, soft shell crabs in tamarind sauce, and the crisp savory Bahn Mi sandwiches at lunchtime! Top it off with a Vietnamese iced coffee... and you are a lucky lucky person!

Finally some Pho with umame
I'm origonally from Providence where there is a plethora of vietnamese to choose from all good. Moving to Miami has been trying due to the ack of traditional dimsum, vietnamese, thai and cambodian. This place has all authenticity one could possibly seek in miami. The Pho with meatballs and eye round was super flavorful! The array of hot sauces are always a must, and the fried whole snapper with pickled garlic sc was superb! I can't wait to make the drive again so we can try more!

Great food outweighs the service
Come hungry and ready to try something new. There are so many dishes to try - all are wonderful. Service usually isn't great, but that's ok, as the food really shines!
