This restaurant is one of my favorite places. I just returned to Florida and just had to come here and eat. My girlfriend and I have been coming here for the past five months. The food is so tasty. The waiters go above and beyond to make sure your food is on point. The owner is very personable. Go on Thursdays it is Free Wine and Sangria. Their sangria is excellent. This restaurant reminds you of being in Spain so elegant. The food is not highly price.

I usually go to restaurants in Miami without expecting anything out of the ordinary. I went to Sancho with the same attitude. Surprise! The food was first quality, the service unexpectedly friendly and professional, the atmosphere very inviting and almost elegant without being pretentious. In less than a week since my first visit I had returned two other times. Everything I have tried stayed lingering in my memory, making me wanting to return. Personal favorites: vieiras(scallops), octopus a la viscaina, torta helada. And the Nespresso espresso. Highly recommended.

Food was reasonable, Service started good but totally went down hill once restaurant got busier. I could've walked out without paying. That's how much attention they were giving us towards the end of our meal. The tapas are WAAAYYY too expensive and be careful ordering the wine. You might get stuck with a bottle that's way too expensive. Unless you ask they don't tell you (obviously). When they perform the table side cooking it's not comfortable if you're sitting near that table b/c you totally get all the smoke from it. I walked out smelling like food.
