They constantly screw up orders, items are either wrong, missing, or burnt, like black crispy burnt. Constantly late; delivery takes up to 2 hours sometimes. To top it all off they also charge a $1.50 per extra meat on a breakfast sandwich. A Dollar freakin 50 for some bacon on a bagel?! That is absolutely ridiculous. The food is usually good but not worth the poor service.

This place has resonable prices. The delivery drivers are super nice but always late not because of them its becuase of the order takers and owner. When they answer the phone they are not friendly. They dont listen to your full order. The food arrives 1 hour to 2 hours later after you ordered it. I'm less than a block away and it takes them 2 hours to deliver a sandwhich that dont require to be cooked. You call to tell them the order is incorrect and they tell you not to call there to order anymore if you dont like it. Thats what I was told. Its not right. I dont know how the place stay in business anymore with such poor service and bad attitudes. Everyone should know not to order from this place anymore.

An order was placed at 8:30 AM on a Friday. They didnt arrive until 10:30AM!!! Are you kidding?! You are little over a mile away - how is that possible? Not only that but they are rude about it too when I called back and asked where my food was. If you are going to be runing over 2 hours late you might want to let your customers know!!! Unexceptable!

i just absolutely love this place.. i cant comment on all the different types of food on the menu, because i always buy the same thing.. the philly cheese steak.. and its the best!! no where else have i been that i had a philly cheese steak that good! not even in philly itself!

I called at 9:30 for an order knowing I had an appointment at 1:00 which was not far away. At 12:30 I called to see where my order was and they said the driver was on the way. I advised them I had to leave no later that 12:45. The driver did not show. When I called a week later to place an order the owner stated "we don't deliver to that address anymore". I had ordered from them for 9+ years and now I want everyone to know that they obviously don't deliver well and they don't need business at all since they turned mine down.

The breakfast menu prices are very reasonable and delcious. Overall I love Sandwich man. Everyone that I have brought there loves it.
