    Service

This please is terrible, they charge me twice for the food that cause an overdraw on my bank account. When I explained this situation to the manager he told me they are not responsible por my bank overdraw and her employee mistake. Bad actitud, food and service.

    Not the same

I have come here a lot in the past and it has always been good. Today however, it was subpar. I ordered a side of Italian sausage and a side of meatballs with extra mozzarella cheese over both, easy right? Nope got to the restaurant, asked again it has extra mozzarella right? I should have opened the container but when I got home not only no extra cheese but none at all! Then I tasted the sausage it was dry and overlooked. The meatballs were bland and had no taste whatsoever. Even the grocery store next to the restaurant makes better meatballs! Well Santinos is definitely on my NO go to list!

    Not the same

I've been going there for many years & it has been very good in the past. Lately they changed the size of the dishes with smaller dishes that tip over. The pizza dough has been changed and doesnt taste like it did in the past. As much as we like the people there, we will be looking for somewhere else to go now.

    Coupons Not Honored

I have been dining at Santino's for years and today I attempted to use a coupon that I received via email. With the wide use of technology the manager refused to honor the coupon that I provided from my phone. Instead he offered a discount that was more than the stated price on the coupon. I told him that I go there on a weekly basis and want him to honor the coupon or I will no longer dine there. He smiled and said good bye. Not only do I dine there a lot, I also have taken friends and my son's basketball team there. They have lost a long time customer over a few dollars.
