Authentic Italian

Sapori does mean flavors.
Like "rosenburg" I read the reviews, and have heard so many people talk about how great this place is, so I had to see for myself. Talk about two completely different experiences. From the greeting when we came in, to the goodnight at the door we had nothing short of a superb experience. The food was the freshest quality I have ever had in south Florida, and full of flavor. Starting with a tricolore salad for two with a wonderful balsamic dressing. We also tried the Sapori plate, which was a great variety of roasted peppers, mozzarella, etc . The nights specials were numerous, so we tried the fresh pompano, which was so fresh nothing had to be done to it. Fileted tableside and a little squeeze of lemon was it. Arguably the best piece of fish I've ever eaten. The Rigatoni Sapori with the chefs special sauce (I can see why it won an award) was superb. I wish I saved room to try their homemade desserts, but I can't wait to go back again. I can see why they are celebrating their 20th year.

Overrated
I saw the reviews, and wanted to experience it myself. went in on a saturday night. ordered a drink w belvedere and tasted like swill. it took 45 min to have them take the order. the service was from 1 - 5 i rated a 2. the waiter was well informed about the fish he explained. it seems like the people that come in all the time get all the attention.i was never approached by the chef or his partner. those who go keep going. i will not. overated and frantic service. the atmosphere quaint. the rustic pots and pictures were nice the bar looked great but no sitting area. over all not impressed.

Superb
If you want authentic, quality, healthy Italian food, this is the place to go. It is a small intimate environment, great for a quiet date. The chef is the owner, and takes great pride in serving the very best. I've been going there with my family regularly for 20 years, and have never had a less than perfect meal!

The only place to eat fish in florida!
the only place my family and I go when in Florida. The freshest best prepared and most unique fish available. The atmosphere, warm and caring.

One of the best
Without question, one of the top Italian restaurants in Boca Raton, if not in the whole state of Florida. The chef/owner's preparations are wonderful, especially his seafood dishes.
