First of all the St.Louis Ribs were small, cold and thin. The waitress who served us was no good, once she took our order and brought the food she did not return until it was time for us to pay the bill. My wife and I observered her waiting on other tables and performing her duties as a waitress. Scruby's was not that busy, she failed to provide quality service.

Well, everything was OK. It was just that the cole slaw was very watery, and it took like 10 minutes for a waitress to come to ask what we would want to drink, so she ran off and she didn't even notice me talking to her. 15 More minutes later, she comes back and asks us what we would like. The food was great though and the bill for "The Wagon" (Includes a choice of potato, fries, baked and sweet potatoes, or I think mashed, not so sure about mashed potatoes though. Chicken breasts, wings, and drumsticks, a full rack of baby-back ribs, a order of cole slaw and baked beans, garlic toast, 4 corn on the cobs, and large helpings of pork) for $35.95

Having just moved to the area, I decided to check out the local BBQ spots. I don't have to look any further. Scruby's was absolutely one of the best BBQ's I've ever been to. Everything is slow smoked and uses their own sauce. I tried all sauces on the table and couldn't decide which was my favorite! They were all outstanding. The baby back ribs fell off the bone and for not liking coleslaw, I almost asked for seconds! The sweet potato was served with a cinnamon and brown sugar butter spread that just topped off this outstanding meal. My total bill came to just $14.89 for 1/2 rack of ribs, smoked pork (3 large slices), a whole sweet potato, garlic toast (which was delicious), coleslaw and a fresh lemonade. I had to pack it up so this ended up being two large meals. I went early around 4PM and the service was outstanding. The waitress checked on me several times and they had enough waitstaff waiting on decks for the oncoming crowd. I would highly recommend Scruby's! DELICIOUS!
