Gotta love Scruby's
Have been going to Scruby's for the past 10 years. Food quality and taste has been consistent as well as the service. If you want great barbeque then this is the place!

Recommended
I work in corporate for Publix and eat at this Scuby's at least once or twice a month. The Service is always outstanding and the hostess is the bomb! Food is always hot and the lunch value is hard to beat. I came across this review while looking at some catering options and was suprise of some of the negative reviews. Try it and rate it yourself.... I will say, I have eaten at other Scruby's and the one in Pembroke Pines is the best so make sure you rate the correct location.

Great 1st time lunch experience
I read the past reviews and was a little hesitant about eating here. I went anyway because I was in the mood for BBQ and boy was I pleasantly surprised. I had the pork BBQ sandwich and my wife had the grilled chicken. Delicious! The salad bar was fully loaded. My side of beans were scrumptous. Perfect portions and all the BBQ sauces were a hit. I'll defintely be back. Maybe y'all should come back and give her one more try.

Ain't what it use to be
I have eaten dozens of hamburgers here overthe past 6-7 years.This time it was disappointing.First thing there is no way you can cook and serve a well done burger in 5 minutes.My burger was pre cooked and left to warm somewhere.

Hit or miss ribs, poor service
It is a toss up with the ribs, sometimes tough and chewy and sometimes so tender. The service is almost always disappointing! Servers could care less about the customers. Won't be back at this location again.

Sad
My family and i have been eating here for 14 yrs. Not the same Scrubys. Meats are overcooked, sides are warm at best and the service is poor. I called to complain and was offered a store credit for more disappointing food.

Going downhill
We have been fans of Scruby's for over 16 years plus. Last week we dined in the restaurant and our service was subpar. The place was fairly busy so we attributed the service to that; however our corn was cold, and the portions were smaller. On Valentines day we ordered our food to go. We ordered the Wagon and were told that they were out of spare ribs therefore we would have to pay $10 more to have babyback ribs vs the spare ribs..........why should I as a customer have to pay more for your mistake? The cashier told us that instead of paying for babybacks, we could get more pork or beef instead, so we chose that option. When we arrived home we had one to go container with chicken, beef, and pork!!! One container for the Wagon? They did not give us extra it appeared that we recieved even less. We will no longer go to or refer our friends to Scruby's........don't know if the management changed or what, but it's not what it used to be......very disheartening.
