    Disappointing food and managment

Received pizza and eggplant dish, melanzane alla parmigiana via Delivery Dudes. Pizza was raw and eggplant was an old over-cooked oily mess. When we spoke to the manager she was rude and insulting and refused to redo our order as she said, " if you didn't like it the first time you won't like it the second time.". She didn't even offer us the opportunity to order something else. Food and manager a disappointment. What ever happened to customer satisfaction? We will not be returning and will tell all our friends of our negative experience. Food can be fixed attitudes can't.

    Not recommended

Pizza is my MOST fav food. I could eat it every day. Ordered the traditional Napolitan pizza. The entire center circumference of the pizza to 1/2 way to the crust was completely soggy. You couldn't pick it up & had to slide it unto your plate. The "fresh homemade" mozzarella was barely melted and there was soooooo many cherry tomatoes that had been halved hence the pizza was swimming on tomatoe juice. A few pieces of basil gave it the only flavor I tasted w the exception of the crust which WAS amazing!! The Italian wine was also great. The salad tasted like pure oil and no lemon-another disappointed. WAY too many other great pizza places in Delray. I won't be going back again. Bummer. I was looking forward to thin authentic pizza w flavor:(

    Disappointing

Our first visit on week night in oct.2012 was enjoyable. Not many people, service & food very good. Returned on a Friday night in mid January 2013. Very crowded, service slow. Our $13 pizza had very little tomato sauce & 2 leaves of basil. Food quality & service is key during the busy winter tourist season
