Something's wrong here
"A la carte".....this is how the waitress describes the length of time it takes to get your food to the table.... Someone please tell her that "a la carte" does not mean made to order. After waiting a long time for your food at Sebastiano's the portions are ridiculously small for the price, I can go to a chain restaurant for the same price and still have a decent portion of leftovers to take home. The food looks sloppy with no presentation on small outdated dishes, the silverware and glasses are questionable? I would not recommend this restaurant. family owned or not they need to reinvent themselves....

The best Italian food
I love this place! If you are looking for a great place that feels like home with great customer service..you need to eat here! This place is managed by the owners who are wonderful! I have eaten at this place on several occasions and have noticed when people walk through the door they are greeted by their name and escorted to their selected tables with nothing but kindness and good hospitality!

Delivery, food quality
I am commenting on the quality of food delivered and the delivery service. We don't eat in the restaurant. The place must be under new owners. We used to order from them at least twice a week. Lately the quality of the food has gone down hill. My extra cheese pizza used to be oozing with cheese. Now the same extra cheese pizza barely has any cheese. It used to take 20 minutes for delivery. Not it takes over an hour. Once it took 2 hours for a pizza. Once the guy put cold subs in the hot pizza bag. We had to throw the subs in the trash. This used to be the neighborhood place. We knew the drivers. Now it seems like an entirely different staff with an entirely different way of doing business. It sucks to say the least. We will be looking for a new Italian food delivery in our area. It's shame too because they were my all time favorite and they are located 3 minutes from my house. Sebastiano's......are you listening? Don't send the driver to the hospital to deliver a bunch of orders while one of your best customers orders sits in the car for over an hour. I ordered my double cheese and peperoni pizza last Sunday at about 7pm. It took over an hour to arrive and it was cold. I don't want to have to reheat my pizza in the oven unless it's leftovers from the day before.

Amazing
The food was amazing! The woman at the counter was friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. When we recieved our food it was so delicious! My pasta dish was cooked perfectly and the wings were phenomenal! I will without a doubt be back!
