Great Chinese food & clean kitchen
This is the best Chinese take out in Delray. No question. Not expensive either. It's only take out and they can't always deliver so I gave a 3 on service. Also the guy who answers the phone doesn't speak much English, so don't expect "yes, sir how may I help you today". Expect to order your food and hang up. They have an OPEN KITCHEN, so you know it's clean. If you've never worked in a restaurant you don't want to know what most kitchens are like, so that's a huge plus for me. I've tried all the other Chinese food take outs in Delray and this is definitely the freshest and best tasting.

Not recommended
I was craving Chinese food and was delighted to see so many stars from some of the reviewers. What a disappointment. The chicken dish had almost no chicken in it; I had to pick through the onions and bell peppers to even find any. The vegetable chow mein was tasteless and watery. Overall disappointing; will not be returning. Should have gotten much better food for $20.00

Not recommended
Disappointing food. I'm so sorry because the service was good and the owners were so nice. Unfortunatley the nice people prepared inedible food! Sesame chicken shouldn't taste like a dessert..way too sweet. The curry beef was only about 8 peices of not so great beef swimming in a watery fire hot sauce.

Best I've found so far!
I moved here a year ago and have tried many different places. As someone who is forever looking for something that compares to NY Chinese food, Silver Wok is consistent, reasonably priced and good quality.

Best Chinese in Delray!
I'm half Chinese and nothing compares to my fathers food but unfortunately he's no longer here so I was very happy when my husband introduced me to Silver Wok. A lot of places are not that good and their food is more Americanized than anything but Silver Woo has some delicious flavors that come pretty close to flavors I've tasted in Hong Kong. Definitely worth a taste!

Only Chinese I'll eat!
1st of all its only take out. General Tao's - so much flavor and great spice! Egg drop soup-thick enough that your spoon can stand up alone. Cashew chicken-lots of chicken and so yummy! Chik wing app-must have every time, not sure the flavor but need to have more. Have been getting from here for 6 years and am happy to give it a 100% authantic and excellect!
