What happened to the food?
This WAS an excellent Irish Restaurant. Now there is a new menu and the food must have left with the chef. An Irish Pub without Irish food. The shepards pie is nothing more than sloppy joe with mashed potatoes and bacon on it. It's unappetizing. The irish stew was excellent. No corn beef and cabbage. No more scotch eggs. It appears this Irish pub doesn't care to be Irish anymore.

$7.95 Croutons
If you're going to dine at this restaurant make sure you prepare for a 3 hour meal! The service seemed hopeful, but alas, no such luck. One waitress for 10+ tables of people. I felt bad she was the only one actually working. The full lunch Caesar salad ($7.95) was really small and the lettuce was wilted. The only thing edible on the salad was the croutons. I've seen side salads bigger then the salad I had. For these reasons I would not recommend this restaurant.

Great Daily Specials
Went for the prime rib special on Saturday night, good value at $13.95. I asked for med-rare and the order was correct! So happy with the food and service that Slante will be one of my regular stops.

Beautiful place, great food, bad service
Loved the atmosphere and the beauty of the restaurant. The food was delicious. The service was borderline robotic and all facets of interaction with the staff were memorable for all the wrong reasons. It is for this last reason that I can not recommend Slainte to anyone. Sorry, but obviously whomever owns this place does not realize the importance of quality service and I'm sure is paying dearly for it in their bottom line.

Stew was great
This was a fantastic addition to Boynton. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
