Delicious and authentic; good luck picking one item from the menu. Favorites are Tyler's Pressed Sandwich and the Jerk Chicken

Real barbecue in a no-barbecue town!
Finally tried Sparky's for the first time and I can't wait to go back! Smoked Chicken/Ribs/Pulled Pork/Brisket - all excellent, perfectly smoked and available with several amazing homemade sauces - the magma sauce is addictive! Can't go wrong with any of the sides - incl. mac & cheese, coleslaw and baked beans. Also, quite surprisingly, Sparky's has a micro-brew selection second to none anywhere in Miami. And do NOT miss the desserts - made in house and fantastic - pecan pie and banana pudding - beyond ridiculous! You gotta go to Sparky's.
