Disappointment
Since I moved to Miami and found the store, i was very pleased with the flavor of the pizzas at Steve's. the service is poor and confusing but since i usually take it home. it was ok. about two weeks ago on a sunday i placed an order to pick it up. the pizza was the most disappointing i ever had. we order pepperoni & olives. i got a ton of olives all crumpled up, no pepperoni whatsoever, the dough tasted as if it was on the freezer for at least three weeks.

hierarchical pizza service
Steve's Pizza is the best pizza in Miami but the service is the poorest in Dade County. I have been eating and supporting their pizza for the past 23 years but also have to admit they're vulgar and rude to male customers while patronizing and aggressive with women. My cousin and I will not be returning to Steve's Pizza after witnessing this past sundays fracas when they violently screamed and threatened a male customer. The problems stemmed from the hierarchal customer service. They make customers who order medium or smaller pies wait longer unless you order an extra large pie. So people wait while others come in after them and leave early. I personally waited for 40 minutes for a small pizza while 5 people came in after me and left within 10 minutes. It isn't the pizza that is bad... its the service. Management needs to address this because customers are leaving.

Best pizza in town
Steve's has the best pizza that I have tasted in the 5 years that I am living in Florida. It is hard to please me considering I am an original born and raised in New York City. Keep up the good work.

Better than NYC
I went to school in the northeast, i spent plenty of weekends in NYC. This pizza is better than anything I've had up there.

There is no better
Seriously: the sauce, the crust, the toppings - this pizza is so good. We tried it a few weeks ago on a fluke, and I have dreams of going back to eat this joy in my mouth. I can't wait to try something else.

Best "slice-pizza" outside NYC!
As a native New Yorker, believe me when I say that this pizza is as good as any authentic New York slice; great value and huge individual slice size.

The best slice pie
I live in Chicago now but when I come to visit my family in Miami I always stop at Steve's. The sauce is definitely one of the best I've ever had. The crust rivals some of Brooklyn's best. No better pizza in south florida for sure and way better than the deep dish we have in chicago. It is true what they say that it a hole in the wall type place so if you're looking for a dining experience look elsewhere. If you just want a nice slice or take a few pizzas to go this is the place trust me.
