Best Sushi and Seaweed Salad anywhere!
I have tried other places throughout South Florida and the US whenever I travel. Out of all the sushi places, this gem is the absolute best. Awesome service, great prices, great atmosphere, and most of all fresh delicious food. It always smells fresh whenever I open the door to Sushi 1 and is the only restaurant I don't mind travling to from Downtown Miami. The fact that I have a sushi place next door to my apt. building in Miami, speaks volumnes about my opinion of Sushi 1. They will always be #1 and the scale in which I compare all other sushi places. Not to mention, best tasting seaweed salad with no fillers. Just the real deal all the way around.

Great for an office lunch!
This tiny place offers tasty, healthful food for not a lot of scratch. Service is ultra-efficient and friendly. Lines can be long if you don't call ahead. Could delivery be an option down the road? Please say yes!
