Just fair
Food is just fair. I was disappointed after seeing this restaurant listed on New Times as best Chinese take-out.

Not recommended
I went to eat dinner here with my family, a group of 8. Waitress was rushing us on ordering and would never check on us to see how we were doing even though it took 60 mins to get our meals. The only good part of the meals were the Wonton Soups. Chicken wings, egg rolls and rangoons tasted bad. Maybe the oil hadn't been changed all day. Shrimp low mein not good either. Shrimp with lobster sauce was extremely thick and lacked flavor. The pork fried rice was the most unappetizing ever. It was simply a fried rice with bits of pork. It was missing every ingredient your basic fried rice would include such as egg, green onions, sprouts, etc. When I complained, the waitress and owner refused to credit me for any of the unappetizing food. I should have known better when I walked in. Restaurant has a stench and is in need of renovations. I am a person that loves to support local businesses over corporate establishments but Suzie Lai is not one of them. Do not eat there. Not recommended.

Fast delivery
As some1 that hasn't had an experience at a place, I rely in the reviews to make my decision. Being that I was a bit excited in ordering b/c the reviews seemed to touch on what I like; crab rangoons, pork fried rice and "best Chinese they've ever had". Sadly, I'm originally from Boston so I've come to Love N Experience Excellent Chinese Food. I'm certain that Sushi Lai doesn't have the most unappetizing Chinese but it's not nothing extraordinary. The portions are average for what you pay, the crab rangoons were very bland and I expect for fried food to be greasy but the chicken, shrimps N crab rangoons were extremely greasy that I had to absorb them with paper towels (which napkins were not provided). But on the flip side it wasn't "Bad" it just was. I don't believe I will order from them in the near future, I will go with the place I know that is a bit further so delivery takes longer but the food is way better N the value. Oooh, but they did deliver very quickly and that's a plus. But hey don't completely base your decision on our reviews, maybe they were having a bad night but I learned my lesson and my expectations are more then expected being from Boston. So, happy eating and enjoy whoever you pick for your meal.

Best crab ragoons
We live down the street from this place and we eat here once a week. The pork fried rice is amazing and the crab ragoons are delish!! My husband is a very picky eater and he loves this place. Try it you won't be sorry.

Excellent in all regards!
The food is positively delicious and you get quite a sizable serving for the price. Delivery is always prompt and fresh, but eating in at the restaurant offers its own rewards -- a quaint atmosphere, dedicated service, and extra portions!
