After living in South Florida for nearly thirteen years I'd just gotten used to the poor customer service, but the experience I had with my wife and a friend at Taco Beach on Los Olas in Fort Lauderdale Beach was the worst ever! We went there for a late dinner and felt like outsiders from the moment we walked in the door. It's more of an alternative-style hangout, and you are treated like second class citizen next to the Elb0w Room bouncers and local "in the biz", slang for those who work in the local restaurant or bar business. Basically, they take care of each other. Either way, I walked out spending over $25 for two burritos in which only one was edible, and two small bottles of water for $3 each. I contacted Taco Beach through their FaceBook page and heard from a pleasant woman named Adele, who seemed generally concerned and wanting to help. She invited me down to meet with the owner, but it never happened. They had no intentions of trying to address this matter with anything but nonsense lip service. The owner finally called and left a message with my wife, but has yet to respond to my return call to him.

Great location right next to the beach. But menu is limited, food is just alright and service leaves something to be desired.
