I was dog sitting one day and the lady i dog sit for told me about this place for delivery. Upon calling this place they made me give them my phone number and address and then asked me to order. When i was almost done ordering a bill for 35$, they lady then proceeds to tell me they don't deliver that far... First off its poor customer service to go throw that whole process and let me order just to then tell me that i can't and when maping the route of transportation. I found that the longest trip in car was 15 mins from where I am at to them.. Overall poor business and customer treatment looks like I will be getting my chinese elsewhere from now on

I have ordered from Takee Outee for a while now and I was ok with putting up with the bad customer service because the food was good, but lately the last couple of times I ordered I noticed the special fried rice was all rice and almost nothing else. It seems like their food is not nearly as good as it use to be. The food has not been good. I don't know if they changed cooks but if they did they should get the cooks they had back.

Order was wrong when delivered. No hot sauce for chicken wings and undercooked. To make matters worse they sent an order of egg rolls instead of crab rangoons. When they brought the rangoons they asked for the eggrolls back which had been handled by us. I called the manager and all she gave me was attitude. Beware. I will never buy their food again.. Needless to say I ended up cooking for my family and dumped the food.

I was new to this restaurant and was happy with the food. Today I ordered Honey Wings and was given instead Honey Garlic Wings , I don't like garlic and I have an allergy to it. They wouldn't take it back, told me to make another order without the garlic and I said no, no way. Because they expect me to know the runnings of the kitchen because they said we put garlic on all of the chicken wings but that's not true . I was given honey wings before with out garlic. It was so strong I got a headache just from the smell of it. There's nothing written, no signs that say all wings come with garlic on the menu number 12 says, honey garlic wings, on the back page it states honey wings. Clearly, I feel that they should have changed my order,and that they were wrong because I'm thinking honey wings are honey wings, that was my expectation I'm a new customer. How am I suppose to know what is not written. I feel that this is a way for them to make extra money off of people. When I encounter no return, then I will never eat at that restaurant again. The cashier was very sweet and polite, however, the woman that she spoke to didn't even look me in the face she continue to do what she was doing, never looked up to acknowledge me. Never said one word to me. Very poor customer service. On my job, we go to hell and back to please the customer, this woman could careless. I thought that was rude. They lost a good customer because I hate to cook.

I ordered egg foo yong and it was disappointing! The sauce was all wrong and it was all just unappetizing. Do not recommend.
