The restaurant is large with decor and the atmosphere of an authentic Mexican Ranch. A Patron Reposado Margarita will run you about $14 but it was basically 2 for 1 during the Heat game, so that worked out nicely. Had the guacamole appetizer ($9) which is made in front of you and the skirt steak ($23). A little pricey but the food was cooked they way I like it which isn't easy and our bartender kept checking to see if there was anything we needed; don't mind paying a little extra for good service.

I did not think you could mess up mexican food, tequila ranch has proved me wrong. The waitress was nice, but something is terribly wrong with the kitchen and the management. We ordered an appetizer based on our waitress' recommendation. Our food showed up and no appetizer ever arrived. We each ordered a burrito. My bf had a chicken burrito, and I had a fish burrito. Mine was ice cold, as if it had been pulled out of the refrigerator. There was no cheese melted on top, so I think they forgot to put it in the oven. I never send things back, first time for everything. The burrito came back and it looked much better. So, I cut into it and took a bite...it was chicken. I'm allergic to chicken and don't eat it. I went looking for the manager. I asked two hostesses to see the manager. My waitress came back and was apologetic. I asked her to speak to the manager as well. The manager did not come. She brought me a third burrito and we asked for the check then because we had to catch a show. This burrito was finally correct. The food was not good. When I saw the check, I asked for the manager a fourth time. Honestly, we were there for so long, the whole meal should have been comped, or at least the burrito. The manager, still did not come over when I requested him again. Ridiculous. The waitress ended up taking off the burrito after I kept asking for the manager. I got the feeling he was off somewhere else and they were covering for him or he doesn't exist. The whole experience was disappointing. I've eaten at many of the other places at Hard Rock (the blue plate diner, council oak, tau, johnny rockets...) and all have been pleasant experiences.

Tequila Ranch offers some of the best authentic Mexican food. I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken quesadilla as well as one of the best drinks I've had, the Dirty Mexican. The drink was sweet and another version of the Long Island Iced T. Excellent!

This restaurant is a very fun and entertaining place to have dinner at. I came right before a concert and even though the restaurant was very busy, our service and food were all excellent. The server was very helpful and honest when helping us decide what to order and the food did not disappoint. There was also a great variety of drinks and tequilas which made the whole experience that much better, as I got to try different tequilas and margaritas. The only thing that was somewhat disappointing would be the fact that the mechanical bull was no longer there. But I will most definitely be back to try the new dance floor that has replaced the bull, cant wait to bring all my friends for fun night at Tequila Ranch!

The food is unappetizing. Incredibly overpriced, and lacking in flavor and imagine. The chef apparently runs rampant in the kitchen - our waiter was actually afraid to submit my "special order" when I requested the burrito as described on the menu, but without adding any of the meat options. The meal that finally came was substandard, and the final bill was $50 - for a bean burrito, a chicken quesadilla, one Margarita and an iced-tea. Plus, Tequila Ranch adds 18% gratuity to every check, which you have to pay whether your waiter deserves it or not. There are plenty of other great options to choose from at the Seminole Hard Rock.

We had a table of 10 for New Years, no complaints on the wait time (maybe the word was already out the food is disappointing) and the hostess was gracious and friendly. No complaints on the service either, they had plenty of staff on hand for New Years.. The REAL disappointment was the food. Bland, everyone commented--even the "gringos" who were with us said the food tasted like cardboard. At least if your food has zero flavor serve more so we don't walk away hungry. Oh, forget the drinks-way too expensive for what they served! A house merlot $15 bucks! Give me a break! Of course the tips are included in everything so unhappy customers who get overcharged for inferior product don't take it out on the wait staff. My suggestion overall--if you just go for the Bull Riding it can be a fun place--if you order their food-- you'll just get taken for a ride.
