As sad as it to say this, this is a restaurant that has amazing delicious tasting food however, I have never been to or called(when I have attempted takeout) to a restaurant with such HORRIBLE and I may add rude customer service. We gave it a shot probably more about 3 or 4 times because some people have bad days, and we are business owners ourselves -but each time, the rudeness and lack of service was more and more obvious. They don't have a website online, and we got a smart-ass remark when we called to ask what the lunch specials were since there is no menu for us to look at. If you want good food, I recommend, and if you want bad service, I recommend. People who own a restaurant should know that it is all about the customers.

I love this restaurant. I always order shrimp with mixed vegetables. It is great. This is my favorite Thai restaurant.

My coworker and I love this Thai place. It is the best one in our area. We have 45 minutes for lunch and are able to order, eat, pay, and get back to the office on time every time we dine here. The waitstaff is very friendly and the food is delicious.

Thaicoon really does have the best Shrimp with Lobster Sauce anywhere in PBC. We have tried everywhere to see if anyone else could compare and no one else can. Try it. My husband orders it Thai Spicy ( 6 star) not for the weak. I order the Cashew Beef medium spicy and this is great also.

Took forever to bring the food. Portions were very small. Left me hungry

Fortunately for Thaicoon, they have better Thai than the other restaurant just up the road, however not as good as Thai in Jupiter. The service is satisfactory and is prepared with take out speed proficiency. The MAJOR problem is first price. I know it's "North Palm" but its a far from fine dining. What's even more disappointing than the price is the portion size! I will and do pay for good food but the portions are way to small. I write this not out of anger, but as a loyal customer who has enjoyed eating here for several years. I hope they read this and change their ways before its too late and more people are disatisfied.
