The fried crabcake appetizers are to die for with their zingy (not too hot) sauce of red peppers, black beans and cilantro. You could make a meal of 2 orders of them. But don't do that. Instead get the remarkable Jambalaya served with yummy cornbread. This dish is hot and spicy, so pass on the Tabasco unless you really want a mouthful of fire. It is loaded with shrimp and sausage over Creole rice. I couldn't eat it all and can't wait to finish it at lunch tomorrow. Kudos to the chef...
