The best Authentic Caribbean food I've ever had in any restaurant. Great concept. We always visit this Florida landmark everytime we are in Fflorida.

I have eaten at this restaurant on several occasions. The food is excellent. I always have the chicken curry with fried veggie rice. You get a lot of food for your money. I am getting married in a few weeks and I plan on having them cater my wedding. Their food reminds me of my grandmother's cooking. The best!

Hibiscus is a rare find. The food is fantastic, reasonably priced and served by friendly staff. The food is the best especially the fried calamari, to be followed by the Chinese Chicken and Fried Rice, if the spices are not enough their homemade pepper sauce will take care of you. The Indian food is so flavorful and with fresh roti can't be beaten. Don't look for pomp and ceremony its all about the food and relaxed atmosphere just like home. I realy recommend you try it, if you don't like the loud music stay out of the bar and eat in the restaurant area. It is an Island restautrant with all mix of patrons. I go there everytime in town and we should all support our own.

Hibiscus is divided into 3 sections: the restaurant, bar and nightclub. The previous critic commented that the music is too loud. However, it all depends on which area you are sitting in. Quite frankly, I don't care about anything but the food. It is reasonably priced and consistently delicious. My favorite thing on the menu is the fried rice, chow mein/lo mein and chinese chicken (C1). The pepper shrimp is a must-have too. I crave their food all the time, but I live extremely far. I always make sure to stop in whenever I am in the Sunrise area.

This restaurant has a good atmosphere of the island. It takes me back home. The staff is very friendly and courteous. However, I do not like the DJ's music at times. The music is too loud and it pierces my ear, it just does not sound good. The place is small and the music is too loud so it engulfs the entire place. When I am there with my friends we have to shout at each other in order to chat. This is unacceptable to the public. I have stated many times to the staff that the music is very loud and they should turn it down just a little, but they refused to. I like this restaurant, but because of the drastically loud music I could not bring myself back there. No one seems to care what the customers think. I think you should have a service card where I say what I feel.
