A week or so ago my husband ordered quesadillas and our waiter had told him that it came with rice and beans. He came back and said, sorry it doesn't come with rice and beans so scrape some off your wife's..how tacky! Then when we were ready to pay, he threw our tab to my husband when we already had our card in the tab..poor service again! We called and spoke with the manager and he said we shouldn't have even tipped him and that they would take care of our next meal on them. My husband called this past Sunday and spoke with the manager and he said "we're not going to pay for your meal, the best we can do is pay for a couple of drinks"! We will NEVER return.

Not a lot of places open late by our hotel on a Tuesday. Saw this place last year on vacay while staying at the same hotel. Had conch fritters, just okay. They were out of several things we wanted. Grilled dolphin (mahi) was pretty good. Nice to be in open air seating, good breeze, decent view of boats. Bar selection looked good, we just aren't drinkers.

Food good. Service very accommodating. Mellow band on Saturday afternoon.

We stopped by yesterday afternoon before taking the water taxi to Peanut Island. Had a fantastic lunch, great staff, and a little people-watching thrown in. We plan on going back!

I went to tiki with my husband and in laws. Parking was a hassle. After walking around for five minutes and having 2 staff members tell us that there was no host to sit us, we finally were able to find the host who was in fact working. The deck floor felt like it was going to fall apart and I could feel every single step of the people around me shaking my chair like an earthquake. The servers had the personality of a wet napkin and the food was cheap flavorless and not worth the price tag.

I eat at the Tiki two or three times whenever I come to WPB. It's always a winner.

I ordered a Reuben sandwich. The cook brought out a fish sandwich with cold slaw. I told him that I ordered a Reuben sandwich which usually has corned beef. He said," Well that's the way we make them here, they have fish on them." I said, "OK". The waiter returned later and said, "That doesn't look like a Reuben to me either, I can bring you a hamburger." I told him no. Just a warning to others, if you order a Reuben sandwich here, you will not get one like elsewhere in the US.
