    Great place!

We stopped by yesterday afternoon before taking the water taxi to Peanut Island. Had a fantastic lunch, great staff, and a little people-watching thrown in. We plan on going back!

    Not recommended

I went to tiki with my husband and in laws. Parking was a hassle. After walking around for five minutes and having 2 staff members tell us that there was no host to sit us, we finally were able to find the host who was in fact working. The deck floor felt like it was going to fall apart and I could feel every single step of the people around me shaking my chair like an earthquake. The servers had the personality of a wet napkin and the food was cheap flavorless and not worth the price tag.

    Love Tiki

I eat at the Tiki two or three times whenever I come to WPB. It's always a winner.

    Wrong order

I ordered a Reuben sandwich. The cook brought out a fish sandwich with cold slaw. I told him that I ordered a Reuben sandwich which usually has corned beef. He said," Well that's the way we make them here, they have fish on them." I said, "OK". The waiter returned later and said, "That doesn't look like a Reuben to me either, I can bring you a hamburger." I told him no. Just a warning to others, if you order a Reuben sandwich here, you will not get one like elsewhere in the US.

    Bluefish pate

I recommended the Tiki to the receptionist at work and asked her what she thought, she said great place but the view of peanut island is blocked by all the boats. My sailing buddy and I joke everytime we go there about how great the place is except for all the boats blocking your view!

    Great food...but the smoking

Was suprised...smoking is allowed throughout the restaurant..it is open air..however..we were not used to it being up with the food and diners. Sort of old fashioned...and made it a little lower class in appearance.service great..food tasty..if you can stand to be around smokers

    Great music, good food!

Some dishes are excellent, others are good; very few only fair. The waterfront view is wonderful, and many of the bands playing Friday/Saturday nights are amazing! Bring your dancing shoes for (I don't remember the names well, but...) the (something) "Playground" band and the "Samantha" (somebody) band. Service is ok. Drinks very good!
