Sunny Isles Wino
Top of the line wine, food and service. If they would be able to expand or relocate (locally) to a larger space it would be better. My fiancé and I find ourselves waiting just to get a seat at the bar...but the wait is worth it!

South Beach in Sunny Isles
Last night, my date and I went to Timo. The atmosphere was romantic and warm. The service was friendly and attentive, yet gave us our space. I had the oyster salad as a starter. My date had the beet salad, which he seemed to enjoy. My oysters were fried to perfection, yet. Inside they were moist and warm. I enjoyed them, along with a small salad, it came with. For a main I had the snapper. It was simple and perfectly cooked. The sauce was not oily or overly salty. It was very good. My date had the bronzino, which came in parchment paper. He didn't eat that much of it. I am not sure if it was good (quite frankly). My only criticism is that I felt a) they did not have a large selections of wines by the glass and b) the ones that they did have were over priced. On the plus side, they had an extensive list, with not very well know vintages. They included the year as well (both with bottles and by the glass). Not a lot of places do that (once outside Coral Gables or South Beach). All in all it is a good place. I would definitely go back.
