Tiramisu Restaurant (CLOSED)

Having enjoyed this restaurant when it was Le Vieux Paris years ago, my wife and I and our two friends were very disappointed with the entire experience the other evening. The escargot was so bland, we had to add garlic for any flavor. The bread was meager in portion and unimpressive in quality. My veal picatta was drenched in a butter sauce, making it barely palatable. The trout was just acceptable, as was the onion soup. The bottom line is that this fairly expensive restaurant failed badly to live up to its predecessor's level.

It's hard to find restaurants like Tiramisu where food and service are excellent! I had Onion Soup and Duck which were delicious. Also, service is very good. This place makes you eat comfortable.

We were looking for a location offering good food, but not the heavy crowds that often come with wknd dining. This was the place! Onion soup left a little to be desired for, but Veal Picatta & Eggplant Parmigiana were excellent. Service was slow but friendly, & the atmosphere was superb.

We went to Tiramisu..I was in the mood for French and remember La Vieaux Paris...This was no where near the experience I remember. It was poor, slow service, prices over reasonable, food all over well done, bland, or somethered with garlic. Very disappointed in the overall experience. Escargot was poor, veal chop over done and everything was very greasy. Disappointing, and cost us over a $100 for two of us!
