Last night i took my 88 year old mother to trattoria for dinner. It was early so it was practically empty. First they tried seating us on top of a table with 8 people. We were to sit next to a baby carriage. The restaurant was empty! They had to be kidding. I complained so they seated us in the hall between the two dining rooms. This is so we could be jostled between patrons and waiters who go by. I got my mother's walker and left. What i can't understand is that we frequently go there. Will now avoid trattoria and their new french restaurant. How do you treat your regular clientele with such disrespect?

The food was good here, the problem is we were treated poorly by I think the owner. She was rude. The place is beautiful and we did enjoy our dinner and drinks. I would like to say I would go back, we will see.

Live here full time. Have eaten in most of the other Italian restaurants you have listed here. This one out shines them all. Menu is extensive, but the nightly specials are outstanding. Whether it be fresh fish, seafood, pasta, veal, I've tried almost all and never been dissatisfied. Service is also excellent. Only problem is during the season the crowds are huge and frequently , even with reservations you have to wait LONG. I have celerbrated many occasions there as well as had many out of town guests there, and all have loved it as well.
