Salt don't fall from the tree tops
At first glimpse, this place looks very cozy, tucked away in the rear of the hotel and above the trees. It's quite a view. However, and maybe I'm too picky, but the tables wobble and the salt shakers don't shake. Has no one ever heard of moisture in the salt shakers? I tried several and not one grain of salt would drop. I thought this was amazing, considering this was a $18.95 breakfast buffet. The food was ok. ( hard to mess up breakfast, unless you can't salt your eggs) The service was par at best. I waited and waited for drink refills. It just seemed like this was being run by kitchen help. Even when we came in to be seated, it took some time before we were greeted. Just did not have a service level that matched the prices. And yes, the prices are pricey. The dinner buffet was good. The meats were tender and the soup was tasty. The baked potatoes were cold. Overall I would say it's worth a visit if you are staying here. Although the money you save on gas goes to the kitchen.
