Really good
Finally they got it all right. New menu, new prices, new manager, new employees, and now you have to try the new Vic & Angelo's! It was just delicious. We have been visiting this restaurant since it first opened, and it was up and down, and we can finally say it it UP! Try it again, you will be very pleased. Really good.

Confused
I'm confused because I've read several negative reviews and having just had Mothers Day brunch there, most of what I've read isn't true. Granted the price is on the higher side; however, you get what you pay for. The quality of food was definitely there. Jumbo shrimp, oysters, prime rib, etc. The wait staff was great, the various Chefs at multiple stations were awesome, and all around the staff was on top of it. Reservations were confirmed via email along witb a reminder phone call. My three young boys had fun playing Bocce. Most of all, my wife greatly enjoyed her time. I'm by no means wealthy, however, I'm willing to pay more for quality. So...if you're looking for all you can eat, but you're not willing to pay for quality, you can always pay less...and enjoy a chain. I know I have, just not on a day when I'm trying to show my bride and mother of my kids how special she is. But don't take my word, try Vic & Angelos out for yourself...

Service stinks
The food here is good but VERY expensive. The staff needs an attitude adjustment as every one that works here seems unhappy, including the manager. The service is absolutely subpar. I want to pay money to establishments where I feel like they appreciate my business, this place isn't it. It's too bad as when it first opened it was one of my favorite places to eat, now I'll pass!

Poor service
Went there at 4:30 on a Saturday. Called ahead and they wanted us to make a reservation. we did. got there at 4:30 and were the only people there, ordered and the food was good. the server didn't seem to care if we were there or not. a few people started coming in and by the time we left, the place was maybe 15% full. you would have thought it was 7:30-8:00 on a Friday night from the lack of attention we got from our waiter. i considered "accidentally knocking glasses and plates off the table to get attention. unconscionable service considering the bill was $95.00. thought about leaving no tip, but left about 3%. wish i hadn't. won't go back there agian.

Overpriced and average
We live in NYC, but my parents live in the West Palm Beach area. We (husband and I) are huge foodies - accustomed to paying $$$ top dollar for very good food. But Vic & Angelo's is ridiculously overpriced!!! The least expensive pizza - reg marinara and cheese - was $21; pasta dishes were also well above $20/25; and forget about the fish and meat. All are well over $30. My gnocchi was barely average and smothered in a bland creamy sauce. A dinner for the four of us - 2 apps, 1 pizza and 2 pastas, 1 dessert, and NO ALCOHOL - came to a whopping $150!!! We will definitely not return to Vic & Angelo's.

Best food in town
Love the food, hate the service. Flavor and concept is spot on but the wait staff and front of the house could use a lesson in the business, soo if you're looking for great food this most definitely the place, if you're looking for mediocre service then this place won't even give u that, food A+ service and management D

Great place to enjoy
Been coming here now & than since they opened, always very accommodating, food & service has always been excellent, nice fish selections along with a full menu. Outside seating is a great option, price wise..average for being on the PGA strip in the Gardens...for the $$$ mentioned in the reviews,..you're not getting fast food, so if you're looking to order off the dollar menu, this is NOT the place, but certainly not expensive. They've been around over 5 years now & usually very busy, a very good sign.
