I have eaten in some great Itlaian restaurants all over the country (including Sheepshead Bay, Manhattan, North End in Boston and Chicago. Villa Rosano in Boca's food, atmosphere, service and value compare favorably to any of them. From the hostess up front to the busboy who tends the tables I am always amazed at their teamwork and quality of dining experience. I eat there at least twice a week and love taking other family members. Rick Hyman

We are full time Florida residents. In the past we have regularly dined at Villa Rosano once a month. In the last six months we have noticed that the service had been steadily declining. The last two visits were especially poor. This last visit was the final straw. When we arrived we said that we needed a table for five and that our last guest would be arriving later. They seemed to have a problem with that but said that we would have to wait till they could get a table for us. We waited for approximately a half hour till they called us in. They told us that they were giving us a bigger booth and asked if that would that be OK. I said sure. When we arrived at the booth we found that there were no smaller booths. In fact the booth next to us had two people sitting there. We told the waiter that our fifth was arriving in a minute and there was no way she could sit there. He called over a lady who asked us in a very rude way if we had a problem. We told her our problem and she said we could squeeze in the fifth person. We told her we would prefer to continue waiting for a table for five. While we walked back outside we could hear the lady discussing us in a negative way. Throughout the process we felt publicly humiliated. We finally decided to leave and never come back to what used to be a good restaurant.

You will think you're in a Tuscan villa; quite charming and atmospheric. However, the food is mediocre; my companion said she had better eggplant parm at The Olive Garden; my spaghetti with sausages and meatballs was dry and tasteless. The garlic bread is o.k. Service is decent.
