Great food effort destroyed by poor service
-Tables located too close to each other and very noisy enviroment -Long wait for a waiter to attend your table. -Bus boy lacked niceness to fill our water glasses -You can not even get a pepper shaker in this place, no one hears your request. -The only thing you get right away is your huge bill. -It is just lamentable to see how deplorable service could make you change your choice, despite the great effort put in preparing good food.

Poor service
I went there couple times and yesterday was the most disappointing experience. I ordered pasta with clams but the waiter added shrimp to my dish without telling me the cost. Originally the plate would cost around $18 and finally I was charged $35 - doubled the prices! From the very beginning till the end this waiter was trying so hard to sell more and more expensive food to us and I was so upset with him. However, I have to fairly say their food are quite good but watch out some of the waiters who are trying to squeeze every penny from you!

The place for our family celebrations
You can find better Italian food somewhere else, you can find probably better prices, it is true it is a bit noisy inside, but I think this is the best quality /value equation in Florida, in fact it is where our family loves to go to celebrate anything with a good meal .

We walked out
Had a reservation for eight. Twenty minutes later we were still waiting. Decided to eat outside because inside was so noisy. Waited again to order our drinks. Brought them (finally) with flat bread and diced tomatoes. Looked good but no silverware. Waited a while for the waiter to come back to take our order. Noise from Spin, dance place next door, was so loud we decided to leave. Went to to another restaurant and had the best service and food ever. If you like poor service and a VERY noisy atmosphere, this is the place for you.

Best Italian food around
Wow! I've been to several Italian places before but none like Villagio. It was just my girlfriend and I; as soon as we walked in the immediately sat us down and within about 10-15 min after sitting down, our food was on the table. Service was great and food was excellent!
