Good food/poor customer skills
Been going here for long time...food usually good and fresh. A recent evening I took out pizza and Chicken Parm dinner. Got home and found the chicken was only 1/2 the size of usual dish. I called and told the young lady of the problem. She asked if I wanted to come back now? I told her I was already home and will be in later in week. I came back later in week and ordered the same thing. When I told manager of my problem...he said he had no record. I tried to explain that I eathis take out twice a week, he said "thanks", I further explained that this was a ridiculous way to do business...why would I lie? I said this is it for me and I wouldn't be back. His answer was " it's really good that there are other places to eat."

Not as good as they used to be!! For sure!
When the owner was running the place the food was fresh and the service was good. He is there now maybe once a week and the food quality has definitely suffered.

Great NY style pizza
Great Pizza - Glad I found- Hope they maintain the quality and taste. Have ordered from them many times with no problems.

Not recommended
The top of the pies looked fine but the bottoms were burned so bad I and many other club members were very, very disappointed. One white pie was ordered special, no garlic, for my wife who is highly allergic to garlic, and it was burnt so bad that she had to scrape the cheese off it and put it on a piece of Italian bread. We had one Sicilian Pie and that was good, not burned so I canned the cheese pie and ate some of that one. I never had your pizza before but I was told by others that yours was very, very good so needless to say this was a big, big disappointment.

Highly recommend
Growing up in N.Y. I was forced to become a connoisseur of good pizza. Well.......this place passed my test with flying colors. Excellent Pizza and even better service. These guys are pretty cool.

Finally! Some real tasty pizza!
Had a meatball pie. Really good. Thin crust, well baked, and tasty! Flavorful sauce, high quality cheese. Sliced meatballs were also great. Not skimpy. Not boring. Will definitely try other things here.
