This was our 1st time ordering after our friends telling us how good they were, it took over an hour but when our food got here it was cold. The pizza was unappetizing could of got better quality from a frozen pizza, The baked ziti & chicken wings were cold.. Called to speak with a manager & he was too busy to talk to me. So upset for the amount of money we spent & the quality we received. Poor customer service.. Will never order from there again.

I ordered a cheese special last night as I have been receiving the email coupons. Added an antipasto salad and garlic rolls, too. Besit I can say is that the garlic rolls were freshly baked and crispy; if strangely small. Imagine my suprise when I opened the pizza box and found a luke warm, aged pizza with cement like cheese (obviously sitting around the counter and definitely not freshly baked) inside! Having driven 4 miles to get what I thought would be a really good NY pizza, we gritted our teeth and choked it down. Hungry kids will eat anything. I felt like a fool having lobbied for this Pizza over ones near to our home "because they are supposed to be so good". Why did I not call and complain? I don't want to argue with an 18 year old who will most likely blow me off. Life's too short. BTW the romaine lettuce in the antipasto was brown and mushy at the cut edges and the proscioutto on top was dry and old. Everyone's cutting corners but this one takes the prize -- real unappetizing food no major chain would allow out of their kitchen.

I always get the Sicilian square pizza. Everytime I order it well done it comes out perfect everytime, its not some spongy chewy crust like the other guys sell.
