Water Bar & Grill

Food, service and atmosphere was great. A beautiful restaurant. I had the ceviche verde which was so flavorful and presented beautifully. Grilled oysters were cooked perfectly and the Chorizo panko mahi was a winner! This place is a breath of fresh air in an area filled with less than impressive seafood restaurants. Will be back!

We had two drinks (well), one appetizer and two fish entrees. The bill was $100. I'm not opposed to spending money for a good meal, but dinner was just OK. The rice pilaf tastes like Rice-A-Roni and I had to pay extra to get asparagus instead of the broccoli. The fish was fresh, but nothing spectacular. I won't go back.

It's hard to find rainbow trout on a menu around here but Water Bar has is & does well! I would recommend ordering it simply grilled versus the menu recommended almondine though. Also had s great sea bass. Even the rice on the side was delicious!
