The lox plate looked, tasted, and smelled like it was sitting in a refrigerator for a month. The food was unappetizing, service ok, view was the only nice thing. Would never go back. $3.00 cup of coffee in a cheap plastic cup. Very disappointing.

The tables were dirty when we walked in. the food was unappetizing! Fish was all fatty, vegetables were frozen, the rice had a layer of hard dried out rice on top when it was served. I wanted to walk out when I walked in. I was with someone and didnt want to be rude. Overpriced--the water was served in plastic cola brand cups with the name peeling off...what does that say? For a hotel--get with the times--use glass! I wouldn't eat here if the food was free. Go eat some where else--like a high quality chain restaurant that has some standards and then if you want the view of the water, go to the beach after.

New chef...same mediocre food at twice the price

This place has a great view! They made a big deal about getting a new chef but the menu is the same...the food quality is the same... the price is doubled! I won't be back.

Great view, rude waiters, unappetizing food

What is wrong with this place? They have a beautiful view and yet they act like they don't want you to come and spend your money!! The only one who was nice in this place was the bartender! What a sweetheart. They need new management or something! They actually asked us to move so they could seat another couple in our place too. Seems they reserved the table for them and forgot. Yet when I called to make a reservation they said "we don't make reservations." I'm done with them.

    Wow. Excellent

Wow..... Heard about the new chef and had to try it out. What a difference from the past. This is a must and the atmosphere is awesome.

    Nice View, Not Good Food

The view over Lake Boca is lovely and that is where it ends. The food is not good, most everything of the frozen hotel variety, of the absolute lowest hotel variety quality. Frozen chicken breast, frozen watery, mushy fish and meat completely dried out with frozen vegetables (some still seemed frozen-all was served so cold), frozen appetizers fried to a burnt crisp, and even inedible dishes served with lackluster, careless service. Cleanliness also appears to be an issue. Unless the hotel changes ownership or a dramatic overhaul occurs, avoid.
