The food was great. Fried green tomatoes were excellent. The caramelized onion and bacon dip was not what we were expecting, but still good. We were expecting a warm dip, but it turned out to be a cold chip dip. Still good. We were seated within the timeframe we were given and our service was great. We will be going back and bringing our friends.

I went to Whisk last night, I went with my husband, and my 2 year old daughter. We had reserved 5 DAYS in ahead. When we went they told us that they had lost the reservation, we were in no mood to fight. They said they would sit us in 5 min, they let people who had just walked in, with a bigger party sit down. They made us wait 1 hour!! My daughter was getting fussy, The host sat us down at the bar, she said she would come and tell us when our table is ready. 15 more minutes went by, I asked her if we can sit down please. She had given our table to another party because she said "She couldn't find us" She was the one who sat us down at the BAR! We ended up eating with 1 hour and 25 min delay. The food took 45 min to come to the table. To get to the point, the first time you go it will be great but this restaurant is not for coming more than once!

We tried Whisk for the first time last Friday. It was a quick lunch at the bar. The staff was young, friendly and natural, and the atmosphere transported us to a family-run restaurant, in a small town, anywhere in America. We loved it! We ordered the Skirt-Steak Salad, the Hummus and Avocado Sandwich and the Baked Cauliflower. The food was fresh, properly seasoned and delicious. Other guests were enjoying some amazing looking burgers, which upon inquiry, were only available on Fridays. We wished we had been informed about the specials of the day prior to ordering. A forgivable oversight, considering that we had already decided to visit again. I already recommended this restaurant to 8 of my friends.

I specifically tried this restaurant because not too many places serve fried green tomatoes. These were the best, by far, I've ever eaten. And being from the south originally, I loved the Southern twist on some of the items.

This chef and his crew may very well be famous and on TV someday! The contemparary American Cuisine with a "Southern Flair" is amazing. The slogan "Good food Served Here" definately applies. Everything made from scratch, all the time every day, no corners cut. This is what a restaurant SHOULD be.... Decor is neat, elegant, classy yet friendly.. A 12 on a scale of 1 to 10....
