My daughter's and I frequent this restaurant often. Hands down they have some of the best wings in South Florida. Two days ago we ate in and I ordered a dolphin Caesar salad for lunch the following day. The waitress brought my Caesar dressing, and placed it on the table. A few minutes later another waitress comes to the table and asked if we ordered a dolphin Ceasar salad. I reply "yes", and she places the bag on the table. The following day when I am preparing to eat my salad. I open up the bag to find out that they had given me a dolphin platter and not the Cesar salad I ordered. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager to explain my dilemma. She responds they have a food for food policy and that I would have to return the platter (which I ordered the night before) in order to make an exchange. My response to her was that I had eaten half of the dolphin and bought my own salad in an attempt to create the meal that I had ordered and that I would gladly return what I have the next time I was in Fort Lauderdale (I live in Pembroke pines). She responds they would need the entire order in order to make the exchange. I politely reply again what I had done and told her not to worry about it, because we would no longer be frequenting the restaurant and she hangs up on me. That being said, we will NEVER be returning to the restaurant. For me, good service always supersedes good food and the manager's behavior for their mistake was absolutely unprofessional.

Teriyaki Wings are the best. I use to live in Oakland Park and frequently came. I'm driving today to get food. There aren't any wings places in Dania Beach/Hollywood come here soon. Best ever comfort food.

My husband and I order from this restaurant on many occasions for delivery. We have never had any problems and the food was always excellent. however, tonight was the huge exception and its why unless they make the changes ill list below we will never give them our business again ( don't worry its nothing that's expensive and you don't have to be a rocket scientist to install them in your restaurant). So we called the number and tried to place our order we where informed that our address was not deliverable which was strange as we had done it before. after trying to reason with the waitress on the phone we asked to speak to the manager who then proceeded to inform us that our entire condo had been blacklisted. this was strange to hear because we had gotten delivery from them not two weeks ago. Upon further conversation with the manager she stated that several orders had been delivered to this address and no one had paid for them so the delivery driver had to bring the food back and she lost money. She also told us that due to a lack of digital POS or ordering system that they had no way of pinpointing the culprits form out condo to create a more fair black list. REALLY so you guys don't have paper and pen and you cant just write it down and post it in the back of the restaurant?!?! Because the names of the persons involved would have been on their order so they would have been easily identifiable. Why would you blacklist a whole condo that's 3.6 miles from your location instead of noting the two or three people who are to blame. Your losing more money and customers that way. And telling me that we can still come and pick it up is not a way that this will ever be solved. If I wanted to come and get it I would but the whole point of delivery is that you come to me not the other way around. In short if you ever decide to be reasonable and write down the culprits who have been shafting you then we will be more than happy to come back. ( I put zero for atmosphere because I have never been there and I only use their delivery service)

Table was wet and greasy. Waitresses all looked like they were unhappy. They tried to be nice but something was wrong. Made us uncomfortable. Old bowls for wings. Ran the vacuum while we were eating. Wasn't sure who our waitress was. We heard about the wings, they were okay. However, the rest of our visit was for lack of a better way to say it, anxious. we were anxious to leave.

I eat here a few time a week. It is very delicious. But for the money its not worth it. If you go to publix and get dry wings then buy the sauce from Wings plus you can put them in a pan and make them exactly like the ones they have there. And 20 wings is like 8 bucks. Its much better. Service was poor but its decent now. Thats about it.

Wow,, When I called to place an order, I felt like I was wrong. The person taking the order was not listening at all, then basically yelling at me to get the order. Very unprofessional.. I cancelled the order and will never call there again

My staff and I usually order from Wings Plus every week. As of today we will NEVER order from this place again. Our orders were incorrect as far as the flavors we requested. Instead of the "owner" correcting this issue he shifted the blame to the order we placed! He was very rude for NO apparent reason. Wings Plus gets 2 thumbs down!
