Yucatan Mexican Grill (CLOSED)

We came here, oddly enough, on the date of the Kentucky Derby. We talked for a while with the very friendly bartender. Somehow, despite the fact that it was a Mexican place, she agreed to our request to make Mint Juleps for the occasion. She literally went into the back and cooked up a simple syrup herself from scratch for the drinks because they didn't have any. She then made the best Mint Julep I've ever had. There were some nice locals that we chatted with too. We came back a couple of times and ate outside on the patio. The food is just average, but I'll always remember this place for the bartender and her drinks. Cool place to hang out and eat on the patio.

I took my family to Yucatan for dinner. What mistake! The server was extremely rude, but we tried to ignore it. Once my brother's food came out, it was all over. The "nachos" that came out (for $8.99) were literally 12 chips, covered in cheese, with a tiny piece of steak on each chip. It was something like I have never seen before. I couldn't believe that someone would have the nerve to make that, and that another person would have the nerve to serve it! We asked for the manager to come over and he was even more rude than his staff. He said that the nachos would have been good enough for him and would have filled him up. This place is insane and has gone completely down hill. It looked like the ceiling tiles were leaking.
