Zio's is a family run business...I know because they told me so. A very friendly group! Slogan here reads "Real Beef Real Turkey Real Good"...an understatement. Don't be in a hurry as everything is made fresh to order, no holding trays full gray beef! My wife and had one of the best dining experiences ever, what a pleasant surprise. Go for the French Dip w/garlic spinach. Tell them the #1 Big Red Fan sent you .

Call ahead
Everything is delicious. i keep going back for the cheesesteak, french dip, gyro, and burger. i've also had delicious panini's and fresh turkey. suggest calling when you're on your way in, and it is usually ready within 10 minutes of calling. the people are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the onion rings are addicting.

Terrific
We have tried the burgers, turkey, and cheesesteak. They were ALL delicious! Definetly not fast food, but so worth the wait. I found the employees to be friendly, but not in your face.

Great steaks
I've been to zio's a few times and the cheese steaks are great ! Never tried anything else, but that will change.

No great shakes
Zio's is never crowded and there's a good reason for it. Skimpy subs. They skimp on the onions, peppers and cheese. The atmosphere isn't friendly. They're not enamored of customers to say the least. I had to add toppings at home to make my sandwich into an actual sub. No good.

Don't be in a hurry!
Fresh food is worth the wait...I almost forgot what real beef tasted like until we stopped at Zios. What a realization...beef the way I remembered it. My wife had the turkey and it was just as good...wish we had one on Long Island. Thanks for the great food!

Finally real food...
The wait is worth the end result. They are not kidding when they say "Real Beef, Real Turkey & Real good. My wife (a culinary grad) and I were shopping at the Bed Bath and Beyond when hunger struck. What a plesent suprise we had at Zio's...food made fresh and infront of you. Truly a lost art in this day of the fast foods. Nice people also!
