I do not know what everyone else is saying about not enough on the food and whatever but this place is a favorite. I do a lot of work in the area and I took another co worker with me one day to try it. Their cheesesteaks are out of this world. That is all

Zio's is a family run business...I know because they told me so. A very friendly group! Slogan here reads "Real Beef Real Turkey Real Good"...an understatement. Don't be in a hurry as everything is made fresh to order, no holding trays full gray beef!

We have tried the burgers, turkey, and cheesesteak. They were ALL delicious! Definetly not fast food, but so worth the wait. I found the employees to be friendly, but not in your face.

I've been to zio's a few times and the cheese steaks are great !

Fresh food is worth the wait...I almost forgot what real beef tasted like until we stopped at Zios. What a realization...beef the way I remembered it. My wife had the turkey and it was just as good...wish we had one on Long Island.
