My wife and I decided we would try Zuccarelli's Pizza prior to heading to Lowes. We arrived around 5:00 PM and was quickly seated at a dirty table. We moved over to the next table and for 15 minutes we just waited as everyone including the owners walked by. Finally we were asked for our drink orders. My wife opted for a margarita over ice that tasted like pure margarita mix. I had water, no complaint there. People came in after us and were served immediately. We ordered pizza which was awesome, but the overall service was poor. Not sure if I'll go back as I can go somewhere else and have great pizza and service and half the price!

Best Italian around...wonderful balsamic dressing for salad, they have gluten free pasta most of the time, huge portions and always delicious!

I have been eating here since 1980 (when I was 5). The owners are still the same. The quality is a bit inconsistent but I will always give them a pass. This is a solid restaurant with good pizza, rolls, and many other items. I kind of wish they had just stayed a pizzeria but they really want to be more than that. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't but all in all-the food and atmosphere make it worthwhile.

I hear people all the time complain about this place and yet have I had a bad experience. This place is awesome, although service I rated a 4, I love this place, especially the owners son, he always takes care of things professionally and the right way! Ignore the poor reviews this place is great, how else would they be here for over 30 years!

The garlic rolls looked like plain dinner rolls from Publix soaked in cheap oil,the fried calamari was overdone and rubbery,I asked for hot sauce and got a dish of tomato sauce out of a can. The veal Siciliana was as bland as bland can be! No seasoning or flavor and the pasta was mush. You would get better italian food at a hot dog cart! And finally all this cost $60.00 for 2 people.

My family took our mother here for her 70th birthday. She actually drove from out of town to have her birthday celebration here. She has frequented this restaurant for 22 years! We were first told we would have a room to ourselves...did not happen. We were then told 'they' would make an amazing cassata cake...did not happen...it was subbed out. A main ingredient was missing from the cake. We ordered the Chicken Mediterranean stuffed with shrimp. My mom choked on the shrimp b/c they left the tail on it and never removed it before stuffing the chicken. We all had to break open our food to pull off the shrimp tails. We asked why they did that and their response was...'that's just the way it is'. We all got through dinner and was asked if we wanted them to slice the bday cake...we said 'Yes'. Not only did they charge us $70 for the cake but they tacked on another $14 gratuity to cut it. They were not willing to cut the price of the cake b/c it was made incorrectly. But they were sure willing to get their credit back from the the bakery that screwed it up! The most disappointing experience ever and the owner's couldn't care a less! We will never eat there again. Don't waste your money or book a party there.

Food is great, staff are friendly and helpful and the owner always makes time to say hello. Dine there 2-3 times a month.
